What You’ll Do:
- Help welcome new hires by coordinating onboarding, preparing documents, and scheduling orientations.
- Maintain employee records and help keep our HR systems organized and up to date.
- Assist with offboarding tasks like scheduling exit interviews and collecting equipment.
- Respond to general HR questions from employees—or connect them with the right people.
- Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company-wide events.
- Learn about HR compliance and contribute to accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to improve the employee experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- A recent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Internship, part-time, or volunteer experience in admin, HR, or people support roles is a plus—but not required.
- Great organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; experience with HR tools (like Workday or BambooHR) is a bonus.
